Wellness Program |
Do you or someone you know need to add exercise to his or her daily routine? Is a big gym too busy for your needs? Would the comfort of supervision by a medically trained staff be motivational?
If so, it's time to join the Wellness Program in the Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Department at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast!
The wellness room offers the following equipment:
Treadmills
Elliptical Machines
Recumbent Bikes
Rotary Torso
Arm Ergometer
Free Weights
The Wellness Program is available Monday - Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., in addition to 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The cost of the program is $30/month for individuals or $50/month for couples. Participants are also invited to attend the Cardiac Rehabilitation educational classes.
