Once patients are discharged, they are frequently referred to Cardiac Rehabilitation, which is owned and operated by Sacred Heart Hospital. The Center provides an eight to 12-week program of monitored exercise therapy. For more information on Cardiac Rehabilitation, call 278-3094.
